Herve Renard has told his Chipolopolo to be brave when they take to the Estadio Nacional Tundavala for the second group game against the “wounded Lions” of Cameroon on Sunday.
He told the media, after Tunisia held his powerful Chipolopolo to a 1-1 draw, “that the game against Cameroon will be difficult because Zambia will face a wounded lion and that comes with the potential of being tough opponents.”
“We don’t need to be scared. We have to be brave and take them on. Anything is possible and we will be confident to remain disciplined and not give away any goals. They’re a good side but we’re also good and we know our ability. If we work hard for each other and play well on the ground, we can do well. We set ourselves a target and we have to achieve it,” the Zambian trainer said.
