The Zambia National Team arrived in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa Tuesday morning at about 02.00 hours local time to set their training base ahead of this weekend’s international match between Zambia and Yemen.
Following the arrival of the jet that carried the Zambia team players, the Italian airliner carrying the coaches landed 30 minutes later at about 02:30hours as Dario Bonetti and his staff arrived from their visits of European based Zambian players.
The team is accommodated at the Five Star Movenpick Hotel in Sanaa and has been provided with adequate facilities and security from their time of arrival. The team had its first training session 16.00 hours.
After attending to personal club matters midfielder Rainford Kalaba and goalkeeper Kalililo Kakonje are expected to join the team Thursday morning.
