The Zambia National Soccer Team sets residential camp Monday 30th August for a week of preparations for the Chipolopolo’s first 2012 Africa Cup qualifier scheduled for Saturday 4 September 2010 at the Nkoloma stadium in Lusaka.
Coach Dario Bonetti will have a full complement of foreign based players for the clash.
FAZ Communications Manager Erick Mwanza said all local and foreign based players will report to the team training hotel on the evening of 30th August ahead of the first training session.
The Chipolopolo commence the 2012 Nations Cup campaign with a home tie against the islands of the Comoros. It will be first match in charge for Bonetti who has accepted FAZ President Kalusha Bwalya’s challenge to have a go at the Africa Cup in 2012 which Gabon and Equatorial Guinea will co-host.
The full list of players called for the camp will be unveiled next week.
