Zambia Women date Egypt in friendlies







The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has announced that the Zambia Senior Women National Football Team will play two international friendly matches with Egypt on 23rd and 25th September, 2016.

“The Zambia Women National Football Team plays Egypt Women National Team in international friendly matches scheduled to take place on 23rd and 25th September 2016. In preparation, the team goes into residential camp on Sunday, 4th September 2016 in Lusaka,” FAZ General Secretary Ponga Liwewe told fazfootball.com.

Enala Phiri will be in charge of the team for the two friendly matches and will be assisted by Beauty Mwamba and Kape Saili.

Phiri has announced a squad of 26 players for a residential training camp.

The invited players are:

Goalkeepers: Hazel Nali (Nchanga Queens), Chiko Nkhoma (Red Arrows), N’gambo Musole (Indeni Roses), Catherine Musonda (Zesco Ndola Girls)

Defenders: Margret Belemu (Red Arrows Women), Martha Tembo (Green Buffaloes Women), Emeldah Musonda (Red Arrows Women), Anita Mulenga (Green Buffaloes Women), Annie Kibanji (Green Buffaloes Women), Grace Zulu (Indeni Roses), Lwendo Chisamu (Green Buffaloes Women), Jackline Nkole (Olympic Flying Queens)
